The future of our industry is certainly in capable hands if the three finalists in the Project Management category are an indication of the young talent out there.
Congratulations to Chloe Lawrence-Hartcher, Jodie Schwartfeger and Paige Lewis on receiving their awards from Elizabeth Duncan, Brand Ambassador for Ntuity.
There may never have been a more challenging time to make one’s career in the marketing communications space.
It is not just the changing media landscape, the pressure on budgets, the pressure on remuneration structures and the increasing competition from consulting firms. There are other influences at play as well, such as gender equality and appropriate behaviour issues.
For these reasons it is important to attract young talent to the industry and to foster that talent whilst careers are in the formative stages.
In our view the B&T 30 Under 30 awards are a vital ingredient in that fostering process and that is why we decided to join other key players in sponsoring the event:
Amongst Ntuity’s many features is a marcomms centric and very easy to use Project Management function that is perfectly suited to managing both short term and long term advertising projects of all complexities.
The Project Management category of the awards is a natural fit for Ntuity sponsorship and we are proud to do our bit for their awards on the night.
